Lument has named Tyler Griffin to the newly created post of president of mortgage banking in recognition of the expanded responsibilities she has assumed as part of the company’s growth strategy. As president of mortgage banking for Lument, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s entire loan production and debt capital markets businesses.
Since Lument’s launch in 2020, Griffin has overseen numerous teams including marketing, credit, and transaction management. Further, she has supported Lument’s drive to integrate its systems and develop industry-leading technology, while also managing day-to-day operations. In the past year, she played a key role in expanding Lument’s production and debt capital markets businesses and introducing its market-rate investment sales platform.
Prior to Lument, Tyler was chief operating officer (COO) at predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital, having previously served as COO at Dwight Capital, which she established as an FHA/MAP lender with GNMA servicing capabilities. Before that, she was senior director and head of FHA programs at Capital One Multifamily Finance after serving as vice president at Beech Street Capital.
