Jennifer Athas is a managing director at Lument, specializing in multifamily investment, and has successfully closed over $3 billion in multifamily and development sales in the northeast region.
She has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining Lument, Jennifer held leadership positions at Berkadia, Institutional Property Advisors, and Apartment Realty Advisors. Her finance career began at the Bank of Boston, where she worked as a large corporate lender structuring debt transactions.
Jennifer earned her bachelor’s in accounting from Bentley University.
