Jason Stevens

Jason Stevens is a managing director on Lument’s real estate investment sales team. He is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 13 years of experience specializing in the valuation, acquisition, disposition, and advisory of multifamily assets.

Leveraging an extensive background in multifamily operations and a strong network of industry relationships, Jason delivers strategic investment solutions for institutional investors, regional syndicators, and family offices. Over the course of his career, he has executed more than $2 billion in investment sales transactions—$1.5 billion of which were in the Chicago market—solidifying his position as a trusted leader in the Midwest multifamily sector.

Prior to joining Lument, Jason held key leadership roles across top-tier firms. He represented RPM Living in a client services capacity, co-led the Midwest Investment Sales team at Walker & Dunlop, and served as a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was instrumental in expanding the firm’s multifamily advisory platform.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and is actively involved in several professional real estate organizations. His strategic approach and deep market expertise continue to drive exceptional results for his clients.
