In bestowing the honor, Fannie Mae cited Lument’s seasoned staff and impressive ability to identify risk with a proactive approach, as well as “excellent” lender assessment scores and submission requests.
Lument’s loan servicing and asset management platform is one of the largest in commercial real estate, with a portfolio of thousands of loans with a total unpaid principal balance of approximately $50 billion, originated for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, and its own balance sheet.
