Fannie Mae recently revealed the winners for its 2023 Lender Specialty Awards, and Lument was recognized as this year’s Excellence in Operations winner. In the statement announcing the award, Fannie Mae noted Lument was the top performer in many operational areas, including master servicing, commitments, and delivery.
“They do a great job at staying abreast of their deals, have an excellent commitment clean rate, and are in the top tier of delivering timely and accurate data and documents,” read Fannie’s statement. “They maintain open lines of communication, respond in a timely manner, and never hesitate to ask clarifying questions to ensure they are delivering what is expected. Our winner this year is proactive and is constantly pursuing technologies to maximize their efficiency and to minimize rework for themselves and Fannie Mae.”
The team award is indicative of Lument’s overall excellence in operations and ability to work together towards a common goal of delivering loans for its clients that meet Fannie Mae guidelines and standards.
