New York, NY — January 30, 2025 — Lument announced it was ranked as the number two Freddie Mac Optigo® Small Balance Loan (SBL) lender for 2024, its highest ranking after achieving the number three spot for 2022.

In its 2024 volume results announcement, Freddie Mac noted it was able to achieve impressive results despite the market volatility of the past year, funding $66 billion for multifamily. A total of 65% of the 2024 production volume qualified as “mission-driven affordable housing,” exceeding the 50% goal set by The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA).
