New York, NY — November 17, 2023 — Lument announced today that it has been ranked the top U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)/Federal Housing Administration (FHA) lender in the U.S. by loan count for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2023. Lument led the field in total MAP (multifamily) and Lean (seniors) closings, with 88 closed transactions totaling approximately $1.2 billion. Of the 88 closed transactions, 62 were direct originations totaling $735 million.
Lument was also the number one ranked MAP lender for loans closed and second for total volume, with 75 loans closed totaling $1.05 billion. Further, Lument was ranked second by loan count for low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) transactions with nine closed loans totaling $84.4 million.
