Lument announced that it closed more Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans in 2023 than any other lender, based on the recently released 2023 Commercial/Multifamily Annual Originations Rankings by the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). The firm completed 84 FHA closings totaling $1.14 billion for the year.
Each year, the MBA Commercial/Multifamily Annual Originations Rankings report presents origination volumes in more than 140 categories, including by role, by investor group, by property type, and by financing structure type.
For total originations across all programs, Lument ranked in the top 25 with 353 closed transactions totaling $3.56 billion. Lument is also the top ranked FHA loan servicer, as reported by MBA, with a portfolio of $21.3 billion.
