New York, NY — May 23, 2023 — Lument has announced the closing of a $52.1 million Fannie Mae conventional loan to refinance Huntington Village, a 671-unit multifamily community in Warner Robins, Georgia. The sponsor is WRF Housing, LLC, an affiliate of Hunt Companies. Steve Beltran, Managing Director with Lument based in El Paso, Texas, led the transaction.

Constructed in multiple phases in 1954 and 2001, the low-density community consists of 454 one-story buildings housing 671 units on 266 acres. The property was originally designated as military housing but has since been repositioned as a multifamily community serving primarily low-income renters, as 96% of units are reserved for renters at 80% area median income (AMI) or lower, with 23% at or below 50% AMI.
