New York, NY — August 26, 2024 — Lument, a national leader in commercial real estate finance, and CooperWynn Capital, experts in debt and equity capital markets with a focus on lodging and hospitality, have announced they collaborated on the refinancing of a six-property portfolio of Marriott & Hilton Select Service hotels on behalf of Chandler Real Estate. The portfolio, totaling 685 rooms, consists of properties in Georgia, Indiana, and Kentucky.

The transaction provides longer-term, fixed-rate financing, and optimized ongoing debt service obligations.

“In today’s rapidly changing capital markets environment, we were pleased to find a solution that met Chandler’s objectives,” Stan Kozlowski of CooperWynn Capital said.

“We found a lender offering capital at a very competitive cost and structure,” Lument Senior Managing Director Ryan Duling added. “This translated into five-year, fixed-rate CMBS financing for these high-quality, well-performing assets.”
