Taylor Russ is a managing director with Lument and is based in Dallas, Texas. Taylor helps lead the firm’s origination efforts for seniors housing and healthcare clients throughout the U.S, working as a team with Tyler Armstrong and Chris Cain.
Prior to joining Lument, Taylor was senior vice president and co-head of national senior housing for Poppy Bank, based in Santa Rosa, California. In that role, he was involved in the origination of over $250 million in loan production. Before that, he co-founded and served as managing director of the national seniors housing group for Bank of Oklahoma Financial, where he and his team originated more than $3.7 billion of private pay seniors housing construction and bridge/acquisition loans.
Taylor graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business.
