Ralph Wurzburger is a senior director on Lument’s real estate capital markets team. In this role, he is responsible for originating debt and equity for commercial real estate clients using a variety of sources, including banks, debt funds, life companies, conduits, and Lument’s proprietary capital.
Ralph has almost a decade of commercial real estate expertise and has originated nearly a billion dollars in financing for clients throughout his career.
Prior to joining Lument in 2023, he was a director, capital markets at Walker & Dunlop, which he joined as part of its 2017 acquisition of Deerwood Real Estate Capital.
He graduated from Beth Medrash Gevoha with a bachelor’s degree in Talmudic Studies.
