Quintin Harris

Quintin A. Harris is a managing director at Lument, leading the firm’s origination efforts for seniors housing and healthcare in the Midwest. He also manages the firm’s relationship with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Community Facilities loan programs.

Since joining predecessor Lancaster Pollard in 2005, Quintin has worked on more than 150 transactions totaling nearly $1.5 billion across the entire capital platform. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for executing specialized financings and advisory solutions on behalf of both non-profit and for-profit clients and is a regular speaker on capital funding solutions for healthcare providers.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked in international development and governance and spent two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in South America. Quintin earned his MBA from the Tippie School of Management at the University of Iowa and holds a general securities license representative license, Series 7.
