Philip Frasca

Phil Frasca is an associate director at Lument, working out of the Dallas, Texas office. Phil is responsible for the origination and structuring of commercial mortgage loans in the South, Midwest, and the Southwest. He focuses primarily on Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and proprietary lending products offered by Lument.

Phil has more than 5 years of commercial real estate experience. He joined the Lument legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital in 2017, where he held an agency credit analyst position and oversaw the underwriting of hundreds of agency small balance loans.

Phil earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Arizona University.
