Owen Breheny

Owen Breheny is a managing director with the small balance loan production group at Lument. Based in New York City, he is responsible for originating small balance loans on a national basis.

Owen has more than a decade of experience with Lument and predecessor companies Hunt Real Estate Capital and Centerline. He has originated more than $2 billion in business across all asset types, including multifamily, commercial, and manufactured housing loan programs. He began his commercial real estate career with First Commercial Capital and has worked with agency lenders and national banks.
