Nicholas Diamond is a director at Lument, where he is responsible for structuring and originating the firm’s platform of mortgage banking products throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining Lument legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital in 2019, he was a director at Greystone where he focused on agency and CMBS loans. Before that, Nicholas spent two years at Pillar Financial. He began his career at Credit Suisse working on commercial real estate securitizations. Throughout his tenure, he worked on transactions totaling more than $25 billion in CMBS issuance.
Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Zucklin School of Business at Baruch College, with a major in finance and a minor in economics.
