Mordechai (Mordy) Chern is an associate director at Lument and part of the small balance loan production team. Mordy’s responsibilities include sourcing new client relationships, creating cash-flow analysis for prospective loans, managing relationships with GSEs, and assisting clients to navigate the commercial loan cycle.
