Mitchell Goldenberg is an associate director of production at Lument based in Boston. He joined the firm in 2020 and is responsible for agency and proprietary loan production and support.
Mitchell’s day-to-day responsibilities include growing the firm’s Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, balance sheet, and bridge loan business. In this capacity, he strategically uses quantitative and qualitative analysis for each deal to negotiate more favorable loan terms for clients.
With his support, Lument’s Boston-based production team has originated more than $2.5 billion in multifamily loans, including a $54 million proprietary balance sheet transaction in Wilmington, NC and a $75.6 million conventional multifamily deal in Manchester, NH.
Prior to joining Lument, Mitchell worked as assistant vice president at Capital One Multifamily Finance, where he built and analyzed financial models to determine agency financing prospects, including small balance loan opportunities. He also created an on-boarding platform for agency employees to utilize.
Mitchell attended University of Delaware and earned his degree from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics.
