Michael Blackwell

Michael Blackwell is a director in seniors housing and healthcare production at Lument. He is responsible for the New England and Mid-Atlantic markets, attracting new clients and business and nurturing existing client relationships. Michael has executed more than $500 million in financing, including a $190 million bridge-to-HUD portfolio.

Michael joined legacy firm Lancaster Pollard in 2016 as an assistant vice president. Prior to that, he worked at Huntington National Bank in various credit and merger/acquisition functions.

He holds Series 79 and 52 licenses and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
