Maria Zubillaga

Maria Zubillaga is an associate director in production at Lument. She joined predecessor firm Hunt Real Estate Capital’s Dallas production team in 2014 and has subsequently been involved in the origination of over $1 billion in agency multifamily debt. She originates conventional, small balance and balance sheet financing for multifamily properties nationwide.

Maria is involved in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Dallas Chapter) and The Real Estate Council of Dallas (TREC). She received a bachelor of arts degree in economics and finance from the University of Dallas.
