Keith Morris

Keith Morris is a director at Lument based in the Atlanta, Georgia office. He structures debt for multifamily, retail, and office properties through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA and proprietary loan programs.

Keith joined predecessor firm Hunt Real Estate Capital in 2010 and has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He has worked on more than $2 billion in debt transactions that cover a broad spectrum of asset types and loan structures. Prior to joining Hunt, Keith was at GMAC Commercial Mortgage, which was acquired by Capmark in 2005. He began his career at Collateral Mortgage.

Keith graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s in finance. He is a member of the Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA) and the Real Estate Investment Advisory Council (REIAC).
