Justin Elshire

Justin Elshire is a managing director at Lument working out of the Nashville, Tennessee office. He is responsible for the review, origination, and structuring of commercial mortgage loans, focusing primarily on Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA, M&A, USDA, and proprietary lending products offered by Lument.

He has close to 20 years of financial and commercial real estate experience, previously serving as a managing director at Hudson Realty Capital, an executive vice president at X-Caliber Capital, and a vice president at Arbor Realty Trust. Throughout his career, he has led, closed, and been directly involved in over $1.5 billion in debt transactions.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance from Ball State University and an MBA in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University.
