Jon Koznesoff

Jonathan (Jon) Koznesoff is a director on Lument’s conventional multifamily production team and is responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and balance sheet loans for multifamily housing clients nationwide. He is based in Columbus, Ohio.

Jon joined Lument’s originations team in January 2024 after spending nearly five years as a corporate recruiter for Lument and its parent company ORIX USA, where he recruited talent nationally. Prior to that, he worked for International Market Recruiters for six years.

Jon has a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University.
