Joey Berezdivin is an associate director of loan originations at Lument.
Prior to moving into a full-time originations role Joey directed a core group of analysts focused on structuring, quoting, and winning business for a team of Lument originators. The originations team, led by Joshua Messier and Owen Breheny have closed roughly $300 million in loan originations annually with support from Joey and his associates. Joey personally has directly helped originate and close approximately $720MM worth of transactions across 247 loans during his time here at Lument.

He has collaborated with dozens of Lument clients by providing detailed guidance on the intricate loan process — including due diligence, appraisal consulting, and agency consulting — to help ensure smooth closings.
Joey has underwritten and quoted business across more than 20 states, applying his knowledge on each market, as well as state tax reassessments and sale and expense comparables to assist clients on property values and deal terms.
He joined Lument as an assistant vice president in July 2017, after having worked as an acquisitions and research analyst at Beacon Capital Partners, JLL, and Boston-based Strategic Retail Advisors.
Joey earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University in 2017.
