Evan Hom is a senior managing director on Lument’s conventional multifamily production team based out of the New York office. He is responsible for originating multifamily transactions nationwide, using Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Lument’s proprietary capital.
Prior to joining Lument, Evan was a managing director at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he led the New York office and focused on the origination of multifamily transactions nationwide. He has extensive experience leveraging an array of capital sources including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS and life insurance company financing.
He is a member of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care.
Evan has his B.A. in economics from Union College (Schenectady, New York) and has also studied economics at Universidade de São Paulo (São Paulo, Brazil).
