Before joining Lument, Chris was a managing director with Berkadia, where he was responsible for originating government-sponsored enterprise (GSE) transactions for seniors housing and healthcare clients, with a focus on the West Coast. Prior to that, he held positions at Commerce Bank and Guaranty Bank/BBCA Compass.
Chris graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.B.A. in finance.
