Charlie Mildrum

Charlie Mildrum is an associate director of affordable housing loan originations at Lument. He and his team work closely with multifamily sponsors around the country on FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac financing for new acquisitions and existing portfolios.

Based in Lument’s Denver office, Charlie joined Lument from predecessor Hunt Mortgage, where he started as a sales analyst in 2017. He was promoted to assistant vice president before taking on the role of associate director in May 2023.

Charlie co-leads and supports originators focused on affordable housing and other multifamily assets by sizing and structuring potential deals and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of each transaction. He also helps develop and maintain customer databases and source new prospects.

Prior to joining Hunt, Charlie worked as an associate at the Denver-based financial services firm Intrinsic LLC, where he focused on 409A valuations, goodwill impairment testing, and purchase price allocations.

Charlie earned his Bachelor of Arts with a double major in economics and mathematics from St. Lawrence University.
