Brandon Pate is a managing director at Lument based in the Birmingham, Alabama office. He is primarily involved in the origination and transaction management of multifamily, manufactured housing community, and commercial real estate debt financing.
Prior to joining Lument legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital, Brandon was a production analyst at Beech Street Capital and was promoted to senior analyst after Capital One acquired Beech Street. Throughout his career, he has managed and closed more than $1.5 billion in multifamily and manufactured housing community transactions.
Brandon has a finance degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
