Brandon Gill is an associate director in seniors housing and healthcare at Lument and is responsible for the Midwest market. Prior to his current role, he helped lead the firm’s seniors housing and healthcare debt syndications efforts while maintaining relationships with banks and finance companies across the nation. He arranged bridge, acquisition, and construction loans for clients with the ultimate goal of permanent agency take out (i.e. HUD, Fannie Mae, etc.).
Brandon joined legacy firm Lancaster Pollard in 2015 and has focused on seniors housing, skilled nursing, and healthcare underwriting. He has executed more than $1.1 billion in transaction volume across the product platform. Brandon has supported clients with a wide range of projects including refinancing, new construction, sub rehab, acquisitions, turnarounds, and large portfolio bridge-to-HUD transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Brandon worked at RBC Capital Markets for the Equity Capital Markets group and the Institutional Equity Sales desk. He also worked for OrbiMed Advisors as a healthcare analyst.
He holds Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses and is a graduate of Denison University.
