Brandon David

Brandon David is an associate director on Lument’s Los Angeles based conventional multifamily production team and is responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and balance sheet loans for multifamily housing clients nationwide. He has experience originating loans across a wide variety of commercial real estate types, including multifamily, seniors housing, retail, office, and industrial commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Lument, Brandon worked at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital as a vice president, where he served a dual role of underwriting and supporting a team of originators while originating his own book of business with a focus on the West. Before that, he was a vice president at Truist and a transaction analyst at SunTrust.

Brandon has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
