Bradley Granger is a director in Lument’s seniors housing and healthcare underwriting department, specializing in operational and clinical risk. He is responsible for loss evaluation, risk grading, and operational compliance for healthcare facilities under Lument’s investment banking, mortgage banking, private equity, balance sheet financing and M&A advisory services.
Brad assists clients in developing business opportunities relating to managed care relationships, hospital referral patterns and reimbursement enhancement. He has developed computer analytical models to identify clinical and operational risk factors affecting financial performance, healthcare operations and professional liability risk, leading to best-in-class credit narratives and offering memoranda that demonstrate and convey some of the most thorough understanding of seniors housing and care in the industry.
Brad joined legacy firm Lancaster Pollard in 2015. Prior to that, he worked for Ultra Risk Advisors as a vice president and underwriting manager for the firm’s long-term care professional liability program. He also worked at American Safety Insurance, PointRight Analytics, Inc., Trilogy Health Services and HCR Manor Care.
Brad is a licensed nursing home administrator and property and casualty insurance broker. He earned his bachelor’s in finance from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Franklin University.
