Brad Competty

Brad Competty is a managing director at Lument and is based in Columbus, Ohio. Brad helps lead the firm’s origination efforts for seniors housing and healthcare clients throughout the Midwest.

Since joining the firm, Brad has worked on almost $1 billion in transactions across the entire capital platform. Prior to assuming his current role, he focused his efforts on the analysis of senior housing, long-term care and acute-care organizations, providing support on a wide range of bond transactions and mortgage loans for rehabilitation, new construction and refinance projects. He has a thorough understanding of the various financing structures available through conventional bond financing, HUD-FHA, Fannie Mae and USDA programs.

Brad earned his MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University (OSU). He also earned his bachelor’s degree from OSU, graduating magna cum laude. He holds registered securities representative licenses (Series 79 and Series 52).
