Bill Papagno

Bill Papagno is a director at Lument based in Boca Raton, where he is rapidly growing the firm’s Florida presence. He and his team are responsible for marketing and originating multifamily loans for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on a national basis.

Prior to joining predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital in 2015, Bill was director of originations and principal broker of Marcus and Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office. He was awarded the Top Broker designation in 2014 and was recognized as a Top 40-under-40 real estate professional in South Florida.

Bill began his commercial real estate career at Washington Mutual Bank in June 1998 where he spent 10 years as a senior loan consultant. Throughout his career, he has originated more than $1 billion of business across all property types, including multifamily, commercial, and small business loan programs.

Bill has a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Long Beach.
