Andrew Nicoll

Andrew (Andy) Nicoll is a Director in FHA Production at Lument, where he originates and assists other originators with screening and executing FHA‐insured affordable and market-rate multifamily loans. A former underwriter, Andy works with originators across Lument’s offices nationwide providing expertise on HUD construction and refinance/acquisition financing options.

Prior to joining Lument, Andy served as Deputy Chief Underwriter at Dwight Capital, where he underwrote over $1 billion of FHA loans. Before that, he held Underwriting positions at Capital One, Beech Street Capital, and Metropolitan Funding Corporation.

Andy received his bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
