Adam Abuaf

Adam Abuaf is a director at Lument and part of the small balance loan production team. Adam’s responsibilities include sourcing new client relationships, creating cash-flow analysis for prospective loans, managing relationships with GSEs, and assisting clients to navigate the commercial loan cycle.

Adam joined Lument’s predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital in 2016. Prior to that, he worked for a boutique real estate developer where he focused on sourcing new acquisitions and assisting with a large condo development in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Adam graduated from The George Washington University.
