Aaron Wooler

Aaron Wooler is a managing director at Lument, where he originates affordable and workforce housing loans throughout the United States. Aaron helps clients structure financing through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and other platforms to construct, refinance, and recapitalize their multifamily projects.

Prior to joining Lument, Aaron ran Century Housing Corporation’s lending and structured financing group, where he grew their lending platform to be one of the Top 25 National Affordable Housing Lenders according to Affordable Housing Finance magazine. Aaron sits on several non-profit boards and municipal loan committees. 

Aaron earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Southern California-Marshall School of Business.
