On a chilly November night, Lument’s John Sebree, Ian Monk, and Mike Ratliff joined more than 100 commercial real estate professionals for a Sleep Out at Covenant House New York, an emergency youth shelter located in Hell’s Kitchen. Combined with a sister event in Fort Lauderdale, the group raised over $300,000 to support Covenant House’s mission of providing shelter, vocational support, resources, and hope to vulnerable youth.
The evening included the opportunity to hear from Covenant House alums, who shared their inspiring stories of resilience. From launching their own businesses to pursuing graduate studies, these first-hand accounts demonstrated how the support provided by Covenant House can transform lives.
“Covenant House plays a vital role in addressing youth homelessness and providing critical support for those in needs. We’re honored to support their efforts and are committed, as real estate professionals, to creating pathways to stable housing and brighter futures,” said John Sebree, senior managing director and head of real estate investment sales at Lument. Thank you to everyone at Lument who contributed to this meaningful initiative.
