William (Bill) Hyman is a senior managing director at Lument, overseeing the firm’s strategic business technology transformation and production support operations.
Previously, Bill oversaw legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital’s production activities for conventional multifamily properties under Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac product lines, and commercial properties under its proprietary programs. Under his leadership, the business significantly grew its annual lending activity to more than $2 billion annually, and he was instrumental in expanding the business reach, opening new production offices in Chicago, Boston, Miami, Seattle, Cleveland, Buffalo and Charleston.
Bill is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events. He is a past member and chair of the Fannie Mae DUS® Advisory Council and a past member of the Freddie Mac Seller Servicer Production Council. He serves on the governance council of The Yale Club of New York City and chairs the club’s House Committee. He earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s in architecture from Yale University.
