Travis Krueger is the chief operating officer (COO) at Lument. In this role, he is responsible for the oversight of operational groups and the leadership of select business lines. Based in the firm’s New York office, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring Lument operates as a unified, dynamic, and client-focused organization.
Prior to joining Lument, Travis was COO at Northmarq, where he led operational efficiency and cross-functional leadership initiatives, including the launch of its multifamily investment sales business and its integration with its debt platform. Additionally, he oversaw various business lines and corporate functions, including loan servicing, investment management, finance and accounting, M&A, information technology, human resources, capital services, and marketing. He previously served as chief administrative officer and chief financial officer of Northmarq and the other commercial real estate services companies from 2013 to 2020, and as managing director-finance and administration from 2012 to 2013. Before joining Northmarq, he spent 13 years in public accounting, including approximately 12 years with RSM, where he served for six years as director.
Travis earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota.
