Dana Blair

Dana Blair is chief credit officer for agency credit and underwriting at Lument. She oversees the company’s GSE underwriting teams and is directly responsible for the company’s agency credit functions, including credit review, approvals, and credit policy.

Dana has over 24 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance field, with the past 22 years focused on multifamily. Prior to joining Lument predecessor company Hunt Real Estate Capital in April of 2015, she served in various underwriting and production roles focused on apartment lending and finance, including as a senior underwriter with both KeyBank—for its agency lending programs—and Washington Mutual, where she transitioned to loan originations. Additionally, she spent several years as a loan originator for Love Funding and BankFinancial.

Since joining Lument, Dana has been involved in the underwriting, supervision, review, and approval of over 1,800 Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac small loans.

Dana graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration dual major in Finance and International Business and a minor in Spanish.
