Lancaster Pollard, a division of ORIX Real Estate Capital, recently helped Providence Place Senior Living refinance its Chambersburg campus with an $11.5 million loan via the Fannie Mae® Seniors Housing program. Headquartered in Hershey, Pennsylvania, Providence Place is a family-owned company that offers independent living (IL), assisted living (AL) and memory care (MC) across its campuses. The successful transaction allows the owners of Providence Place to obtain long-term, fixed-rate financing for their Chambersburg community. Miles Kingston, Doug Harper and Casey Moore led the transaction for Lancaster Pollard.
